If you order the version that is supposed to fit Pentax, then it will fit your camera, and will have autofocus and all other features it is supposed to have. It is not, however, reupted to be a particular good lens. The Pentax DA55-300 seems much better form the samples I've seen. And I suspect the DA50-200 would produce better results too - enough better that you could probably match the performance of the 70-300 at 300 by shooting the 50-200 at 200 and then cropping, as I demonstrated comparing to a different (and allegedly sharper) 70-300 in a recent thread in the lens forum.
