mc PENTAX 35mm f3.5 on k10D how to use manual lens

Hi Guys/Gals.

Can you tell me is there is any way to get a lighting measurement for k10D in manual mode? I don't mind manual focus but I'm not sure how can I setup Aperture correctly if I don't know what I'm getting overexposed or underexposed picture.

Thank you.

There is a sticky thread on this subject, second from the top of the list in the Beginner's Corner. Please see if that answers your questions first.
