Is it possible to do HDR with the Adobe Photoshop Lightroom software?

No, that I'm aware. Photomatrix Pro from hdrsoft.com has an add in that works very well with Lightroom 2 as well as a stand alone.

Using the plug-in from Photomatix, I export from LR directly to Photomatix, and then back to LR for some fine tuning---Jeff
