Flash Question (AF540 & AF360)

With AF540 and AF360 on wireless mode can I, using P-TTL adjust them so, for example, AF540 discharge full power and AF360 discharge half power ?

If so, can someone give some step by step hints on how to set up the flashes with k20d?

Thanks in advance

Make sure both flashes are on the same channel. Set the AF360 to Wireless, SL1 and -1 stop. Set the AF540 to wireless, SL1 and no compensation.

Basically, you set the overall compensation on the camera, and the individual compensation on the flash. It's covered fairly well in the AF540 namual.

I do it like that.

I got confused yesterday because I'm atending a 30 hour class and everyone, including the teacher is on nikon.
They were saying their systems, with two flashes could be adjusted only on camera and this way there was no need to go to the flashes individually like I do when I want to change compensation and get more power from one then from the other.

My thought was if what I was doing is right and/if there was other way (a better way) to do it in P-TTL.

(I'm happy with my results )

Thanks for the fast answer.
