Basically, you set the overall compensation on the camera, and the individual compensation on the flash. It's covered fairly well in the AF540 manual.
I do it like that.
I got confused yesterday because I'm atending a 30 hour class and everyone, including the teacher is on nikon.
They were saying their systems, with two flashes could be adjusted only on camera and this way there was no need to go to the flashes individually like I do when I want to change compensation and get more power from one then from the other.
My thought was if what I was doing is right and/if there was other way (a better way) to do it in P-TTL.
