ISO question

Hi

I seem to be able only to use iso 100-200-400-800 or 1600 on AV, tv or M that are the modes I use more often.

Is there a way that, on these modes (AV, TV or M) I could use iso like 140, 280, 560 or 1100?

( Camera is k200d and k20d )

Thanks in advance

Edit: Or, how do I use intermediate iso like 140, 280 etc ?

menu > custom setting > EV STEPS > #2 -- 1/3 ev steps

then

menu > custom setting > SENSITIVITY STEPS > #2 -- as ev steps
