Newbie with K20D file size question

Just got my K20D and am loving it. But I can't seem to change from jpeg to Raw or change the file size. These menus are greyed out. File size seems to be 1.6M which isn't a size listed in the manual. Sorry if this is a silly question.

I'm just guessing you may be in the high speed mode, I've not tried it though

Thanks Borno. It was set on drive mode burst shooting. I'm set to go now.
