I used one inch gaffers tape and a hole punch to create the flag. It isn't very stiff and can be folded over. I have a L-bracket on the camera, so this is really a necessity. Without the bracket, it is still very nice to have. It really pays for itself on a cold night.

This is a good idea so you need not pull on the wire itself to pull the plug out!

The JueYing RS-C1 Remote Shutter Switch is alot easier to pull out than the Pentax plug. The plug head is a little larger.
