I think I am getting it!!

Hello gang,

First of all thank you again so much for all your amazing advice!!!

I am posting some pics to show you that I have been listening and learning

I am posting an action shot of my son that is NOT blurry as well as a full moon shot I took just a couple of days ago (it is a little dark but I wanted to show you what it looked like straight out of the camera).

I am starting to really understand the relationships with the triad (shutter, aperture and iso) and having a blast doing it.

Looking forward to your comments.

It's nice when you reach that point where regarding shutter-aperture-iso you say, "Oh, that all there is to it?" Then you are in control of things and the rest just boils down to spotting and taking pictures. That's where the fun kicks in.
