Read the following in a post and can"t figure it out...."forced DFS" Help please !!!

Dark Field Subtraction. The K20D takes a second exposure with the shutter closed of equal length to the original shot for exposures longer than 15 seconds or so. The second images will show hot pixels and they can be removed from the original images in camera. On some cameras this can be disabled. The K20D forces you to wait for your images while it performs this operation because you cannot disable it. The K200D has the option to disable it.

K7 Owners Satisfaction/Dissatisfaction page 3 Pentaxmz said it....took a while to find history had just reset itself. By what you say,Enoeske,it won"t be bothering me much now or in the future unless I go into astrophotography I suppose....
