Fish Eye

Hi,
Can anybody help me out with any info on a fish eye for an ME Super,
what would be a good option for a mid to low range budget lens?

Google "Zenitar-K 16mm". That's a pretty good Russian fisheye - I think it's also somewhere in this forum's database. It will also have wide-open metering on your ME Super since it's K-mount.
I'm not sure about prices in Scotland, but in US, a used one in good condition can be obtained for ~$150.

How much of a difference does the 16mm make v. the 18mm bottom end of the kit lens?

I 3rd the suggestion of the Zenitar. See the reviews on this here:
PentaxForums.com Third-Party Pentax Lens Review Database - 16mm f2.8 Fisheye
The lens has its quirks, but is well worth it for the price. Other alternatives occasionally pop up (Pentax-K 17/4 Fisheye, along with various other third party offerings) though it is good to keep one's eyes open for whatever options might present.

(Really like my Zen mounted to my film cameras...)
