JPEG and Raw file format setting

When I first got my camera, Pentax K200D, I had it so whenever I took a picture it took both a RAW and JPEG. I changed the setting a while ago and want to change it back, it isn't working now. Could you help, I don't know what to do, I've looked through my manual and tried changing the settings all over.
