As far as my k200D goes I took the advice of dpreview.com (I know I know that’s
blasphemy) and fooled around enough with my JPEG settings so that I got pretty
close to the results of my RAW photos. Out of the box the k200D is over sharpened
with JPEGs.

My Custom image settings…..
“natural”
Hue and Sat both “0”
–1 contrast
–1 sharpness and set to “fine sharpness”

With these settings I also achieved a very unexpected plus, ISO 1600 JPEGs were
the best ISO 1600 JPEGs I have seen yet with my camera.
