16x setting on kx

I am new tote Kx-x. I found this setting, now of course I can't find it again. What exact is it's purpose. Also I have bad stimatism and like the viewfinder, but how can I use it on all setting. It does not seem to have an an on off setting.

I think you might be referring to the "Quick Zoom" function under the 2nd tab's "Playback Display Method". This function allows you to jump to the specified zoom level during playback.
