Well, it doesn't have to be a blower sold exclusively in camera shops. If there is a drugstore, pharmacy, or a hospital supply store nearby, check if they stock any squeeze blower (for babies, for example). Those work just as well, and I use one regularly.
A very soft-bristled brush that doesn't micro-scratch the sensor-screen may be the best dry-cleaning option, IMHO. Not sure what type of brush is best suited for this, however.
