little exposure meter wanted

Any advice welcomed here , I'm stuck between a choice of Sekonic meters the
basic and low cost L-208 twinmate
or the 2 similarly priced units the L- 308S or the L398A
not needed for flash and more for incident readings
The other choice might well be one of the many weston meters with an invercone that are to be had on Ebay

How low cost are you looking at?

it's not so much the cost as the usability which makes me lean towards the analogue models as you can see an instant choice of settings against scrolling in the digital, comments on low light problems etc are what I was hoping for.
