I have an old film pentax (MZ-30) with 2 set of lenses SMC Pentax Fa (35-80 and 100-300). Is there any way I can buy a cheap DSLR body to use with these lenses? I am no expert of advanced user, I just need the camera to work and hate wasting what I have. Can anyone advice?

Just a note:

The surface of the sensor in a Pentax dSLR is smaller than the surface of a film negative. Therefore your lenses have a a field of view (FOV) that is smaller. As a result, the FOV at 35mm becomes the equivalent of a 35x1.5 (~50mm) and the FOV at 300mm becomes the equivalent of 300x1.5 (~450mm).

So you might need to consider the purchase of a wider lens.

As others mentioned, yes you can use your existing lenses.

Just a quick note: that's the most useless thread title ever.
