I know Sensor Swab has a guarantee against any damage to the sensor done by their tool(s), but would this contact-cleaning method make it noticeable enough to void the warranty? My problem is I just spent a total of $60 to send/expedite service and waited around 3 weeks this month for remapping and a sensor cleaning. HOWEVER, I still have dust spots; some look like they've been removed but their "residue" remains. I'm still covered by my warranty, but don't want to wait/pay AGAIN for something I COULD be able to do myself. But would a Sensor Swab leave "something behind" for Pentax to see on the sensor and end my warranty? Or should I just send it again? Or should I just "screw it," deal with it later? Thanks in advance.
