Except that it's out of focus (front focussed), even ISO1600 dosn't look that good on my k200d.
Probably he has some older camera and can't accept that ISO6400 is even a real value.

The fact that ISO 6400 on the K-x looks better than ISO 800 on most cameras.

Yep, I use ISO 3200 routinely on my K-x and won't hesitate if I need ISO 6400. My last ISO 6400 shot was at a dance recital. Looked great to me!

That's true. I tried higher ISO settings on my K-x to experience 1st hand what I read in reviews and I am impressed as compared to my former Nikons.

Yep its pretty darn good, nice camera for low light situations. I have no hesitations using ISO's for low grain to ISO 2000, can't say I can do that with my K7, although I think the K7 does great to ISO 2500.
