First congratulations on winning such a fine camera.

BUT is there any reason why you are posting full-sized images at 3888x2592 pixels at 6.7Mb (then 3.2Mb, 5.3Mb 2.7Mb
- when this forum will scale them down to a max of 1042x683px)?
Although the images are scaled by PentaxForums, the loading/displaying is still slow due to their sheer size.

I see you're using ImageShack -
one can so easily have the images automatically resized on upload

even if you didn't want to bother resizing with an editor.....

Any way you can please edit your posts with resized images?

Thanks,

The red K-x from the contest (which you're trying to trade away on FredMiranda), perhaps?
OMG that is freaking hilarious. If anyone thinks that is a joke go google 'fred miranda red k-x' and you'll find the for trade post. Of course you're not going to sell it, just trade then sell the trade - hands washed!

So DWB, what did you offer up?! :ugh:

I was originally going to get the red version of the camera, which I just couldn't see myself having, I'm a 19 year old male college student, not really going to walk around with a red camera. I brought this issue to Adam though and he talked to the lovely people at Pentax who got me a black camera. This one isn't going to get sold.

You and I have matching K-x's and there's no way they can do ISO 6400 images like that.

Congratulations on the win, I was wondering who got them (I'm behind).

Great camera, I'm enjoying mine immensely. That and my K7 both.

Why hasn't this thread been moved to "General Talk"?

$5 says it's sold or traded within 9 months. Any takers?

Now now, why would I trade something that I won (which doesn't seem very ethical) and the very first brand new camera that I have ever owned? That doesn't seem very logical.

I sense some underlying friction in this thread. I must have missed something....

I'd like to trade it for a camera, any camera really, just tell me what you've got. Idealy I'd like to get a black version of the camera, or a Canon 40D for a trade.
