Um...what does it mean?

Edit: Yeah, i figure Pentax sources different sensors anyhow (Kodak, Sony, etc..), so I'd say it doesn't mean much.

No,absolut not.
Pentax Partners in Sensorproduction still are Samsung,Sony and Kodak.
Same in Processorproduction.
Only Body&Lenspartnership is over.

That Samsung believe that one or more camera manufacturers will continue to develop and market APS-C cameras. And that they'll buy sensors for them from Samsung.

I don't think we can get any more from that simple fact.
