Hi!

I am selling locally my K20D with the lens kit (nothing else as I plan to buy it back when I get better economically). I was asking for $600 since I bought it August last year NEW and only has 3500 actuations.
The one buyer that contacted me is offering $525 (maybe $550) which I feel is low for a camera in perfect condition but I guess I want to see what you guys think.

fwiw, i just bought a near mint K20D (no lens) with 2 batteries, SD card, all cables, manual, orig box, etc for $460. the camera had approx 10K clicks and not a scratch on it. I felt like it was a good deal.

definitely, they are coming down in price quite a bit now. take the $550.

$550 sounds fair to me, frankly.

Less than a month ago woot.com had them at $580, new.

Only for a short period of time, and it was a good price, but still.

Definitely a fair price. $550 seems to be around where people are pricing these.

Pretty sure you said he said $525 in the first place, maybe getting to $550. So pissed off seems to be a question of perception.

But if you want, you can wait until he says $500, or until he decides you're pissing him off, and buys a brand new K-X with a kit lens for less than he's offering you for the K20. Used electronic items are almost always a buyer's market, and with a finite window of opportunity even then.

Selling stuff you don't really want to sell sucks, doesn't it?

I sold mine with 2x actuations for $500 plus shipping. I think I priced it too low as I had 3 bids at asking price, but it went to a very nice forum member so I have no complaints. It went fast.
