Read up earlier in this thread. The SR mechanism is *always* active, even when turned off. If it wasn't, the sensor would be floating around loosely as you moved the camera. When SR is disabled, the sensor is just held at the central position by the SR mechanism...

I read that, then came back to this thread a day later and completely forgot that I read it when I made that post, lol.

I cant hear anything in Live View Mode Until i Shake the camera little bit, if i held the camera still in my hands i hear no sound and also no sound on tripod.

I can hear a sound, but I have to put the camera right up to my ear to hear it, and it is more like a hum than a buzz.
