Picture/pixel location to sensor location mapping

I have a K10D and I have this tiny darkish spot showing up in all my pictures in the mid/lower right side, I had tried different lenses but the same spot appears in exactly the same place. Before I bring it in for serivice, I want to try to use Eclipse 2 cleaning solution to clean the senor. I know the image is flipped vertically, but not sure if it is also flipped horizontally? I want to know which area of the sensor would lower right side on the picture maps to, if one is looking from the front of the camera with the camera sitting upright. (my guess is top left, am I off?)

It's flipped both way. Lower right means top left on the sensor seen from behind. Seen from the front this is the top right. Unless I'm even more confused than usual that is.

I did! I used the blower and recheck the spot so many times that the newly brought blower broke , but the spot is still there!

Not sure about the Eclipse 2 cleaning solution, but I would first grab a magnifying glass and a flashlight and see if there's actually dust in there.
