Well, since he usually talks to pentax france, maybe not, but Pentax is finally getting clever and using some pros like this to promote their tools. Oh, and also get feedback from actual users - I hope that the engineers are reading all the threads Ben starts about what we want in future cameras and such - a brilliant strategy.

This isn't a bad thing - it's actually great. Thanks for all the extra effort on your part Ben for keeping us in touch with Pentax. I'm eager to find out the news. :-)

Will Ben be getting the new DA zooms? Not then, becasue they are avaiable in France now and would not be big news by then.

special without a killer sensor (?) improvement. Right?

Does Ben like Medium Format like me? I think so.

He did say THEM. And since we know about the two new cameras (which mean nearly nothing to me without increases to 10 and 12++ MP respectively...with non Sony sensors) is sure better not be them

I have been using my K10D's and love them. I don't think a new camera can impove anyones images. Enjoy it. Take great images and put your heart and soul in to them. Enjoy the K10D...It is a fine , fine tool.

Tell me..What if I were to say that there was nothing new being launched in the Fall. Would you consider it a pointless thread? I am sharing info that implies that Pentax are making very progressive strides and are developing new products as well as hinting at specific time frames. Now if that is useless, I find your crass negativity totally counter productive.

If you wish to discuss other issues re: technique, business etc. Shoot away. I am here to field questions if one wishes to ask.
