As it turns out, Ben is.....in reality......Ned Bunnel's Assistant Director of Marketing for PENTAX....

Just kidding.

We await, with baited breath----any announcement from PENTAX. I have sold one Body already in anticipation. Hope I'm right.

Aug.23 to be exact. One part of the big news is no more new lenses this year. Hope there is some good news to offset the bad.

Well, since he usually talks to pentax france, maybe not, but Pentax is finally getting clever and using some pros like this to promote their tools. Oh, and also get feedback from actual users - I hope that the engineers are reading all the threads Ben starts about what we want in future cameras and such - a brilliant strategy.

This isn't a bad thing - it's actually great. Thanks for all the extra effort on your part Ben for keeping us in touch with Pentax. I'm eager to find out the news. :-)

F'ing ...... New FA Lenses available early instead of DA. No F'ing I think it is lens info or full frame info. That is my guess anyway.
