Faster AF-speed!?

I´ve K200D and finally I bought a D-BG3 and I´m so happy that I did that. Then I tested it and I experienced that the AF-speed did get a little bit faster or is it just a placebo effect?
Have someone else experienced this?

I wouldn't think it would change at all. The camera is still only using one battery at a time -- not like there is any extra current flowing that would make a difference.

Yeah
Pentaxians are usually suffer this. When new firmware is out, when new lens or other gear is bought, when settings are reset etc.
