K-7 Sensor

There is a possibility that the sensor on my K-7 will need replacing as there are marks on there that have not been removed even with Dust Removal and the assistance of an Arctic Butterfly brush.

If this is not covered by warranty does anyone have any idea as to how much Pentax would charge me for a new sensor?

i'm sure whatever they would charge you would be a lot more than the time i'd be willing to invest in photoshop digitally removing them...

have you done a wet clean on the sensor? Or had it professionally cleaned?
