Originally posted by Big I Hello, the aperture lever on my k10d recently quit working correctly. When i took a picture, the aperture would stay open at f/1.4, no matter what settings i had the camera set at. I sent the camera in to Pentax (C.R.I.S. camera service in Arizona).
They gave me an estimate of $270.
Would there be features in the k10d that aren't in the k-x?
MANY thanks for those who help me!
Weather-sealing, 2nd dial, debug-mode, pentaprism...but then again K-x has some features that K10D doesn't like high ISO, HD video, faster AF, faster FPS..etc.
It would all depend on you what you're actually looking for in a camera.
