K100D AF quirks with Tamron 90!

I used to have a bit of trouble with the Pentax FA 28-105 on my DS and D, hunting and not locking on well... It seems to be perfect now with the K100d like all my other original Pentxa lenses...

But the Tamron 90 DI Macro hunts like crazy, to the point where I am using manual focus if the lighting is slightly less than ideal.. Its fine on my DS though in the same lighting..

Anyone having trouble with any third party lenses and their K100d???

With a Tamron 28-300 the other night it was going sort of crazy hunting, but I was shooting soccer at 7:00pm, as the sun was going down and the light was poor. In good light, I have not had that problem.
