The following photograph was taken on my K10D (v1.30) with a Cosina- Voigtlander APO Lanthar 90mm/f3.5 I really was not paying too much attention when I took this as the light was only from a 60watt incandescent bulb and the aperture was wide open at f3.5. The shutter speed at ISO 1100 was 1/90th sec.
When I finally viewed the files, I was amazed at the quality of the raw image and set to work with Ligthtzone to convert it to a B&W. For the record the DNG was a) de-noised in Noise Ninja then b) covrerted to B&W using the LZ conversion tool and two separate zone maps before apply the Palladium finish template to the final image. The images shown here are proofs made from Breeze Browser Pro. Also if you look closely, you can see several fuzzies in the artificial flower...must dust it the next time!
