SDM lenses on k-x

Will the SDM AF lenses be compatible with my K-x ?
I hope that i don"t have to rely on the internal AF drive system of my k-x for all lenses , SDM included ?

If SDM lenses do work , would such a lens be as effective on my k-x then on a k7 ?

You should have no problem on both counts with regards to SDM function.
Enjoy...

Since this thread is about camera function and not photography per se, I'm moving it to the appropriate forum.

Once you ditch the kit lens, those colored k-x bodies don't look quite so chic.

What is the Tascam (I know Who Tascam is) you have on top of the camera?

Au contrair. That red body with the 50-135 on it still looks pretty damn good.

I've seen some K-x's with silver FA series glass on them and even older M42 glass on them that also look awesome.

The Tascam is for recording audio - since the K-x only does mono. The setup pictured is not well-matched however - the lens is much longer than the mic. Where I to shoot video with the DA* 50-135, I'd probably take the Tascam off camera and mount closer to the subject.
