No issues here on 1.10, all lenses are ok.

Check if you had accidentally offset your diopter.

Hang on, as I read this are are not using an original Pentax focus screen yet you are blaming them because they issue a firmware that has affected your focusing?

I didn't say you did anything wrong. I'd wager in fact that most who have bricked the cameras did so through no fault of their own. I reserve doing updates until I'm convinced that there is a real benefit to doing so just for that reason. I don't get nervous about too many things but the idea of a $1000 brick (the price I paid when I bought the camera 9 months ago), I get anxious waiting for that flashing 'completed'.
