I post on several railroad related pages and a Pennsylvania nature photography page. I have yet to have any rail fan say they use Pentax when I post what gear was used to take a picture. Over the years I’ve seen some Pentax film cameras trackside, but never a DSLR. Now, there are a few fellow Pentaxians on the PA nature page.

Well done Master Pentax Jedi. You brought new students into the fold. Pretty sure these students will become Jedi Pentaxians onto the future. May the Force be with you.

It's official. We're 30 minutes past 12 midnight. We are in the year 2020 in Asia.

To all Jedi Pentaxians, may the force be with all of us. May this New Year grant us the courage to recruit more Pentax Jedi apprentice. May we all be prosperous so we can buy more gears to support the Pentax Jedi Clan. Happy New Year to one and all!!!

You are a decade ahead of some of us! Have we gone back to the moon yet?

Thought I'd posted this but don't see it:

A sailing friend of mine just bought a K1II, That makes 2 K1's for sure that I know about on the Avalon Peninsula!

Anyone who sails and has a K-1 II is doing it right.

Thanks for your report -JW-, dark as it seems. Activity on the forum indicates that there are lots of younger users and lots of modern equipment. Maybe tourist locations don't draw many serious Pentax users.
Yes the forum is extremely active, good to see!
I think more and more users are flocking to this international forum, good to have one central place with a lot of activity.

(on the other side the Dutch pentax forums has sort of died, is it the same for other national forums?)

The French and German forums are quite active. I have only been to the Italian site a couple times but it also seems to be alive. Of course, Japan and China also seem to have very active forums judging by the reports we see.

One of my other vices in life is sailing too. Do I get to count my bowsprit?

What? A Canon Rebel advertisement on our Pentax Forum? This adds insult to injury!
