Indeed. The aperture closes down, shutter (slit and rivet clearly seen) travels from top to bottom but as soon as the mirror starts to return the aperture closes down even a bit more.

Anyway, after watching the video again, it seems that there is enough time for aperture to settle. Probably it's just some movement of re-opening aperture, especially because it starts at the same time as mirror instead of slowly slipping during the whole time.

Canon EOS 5D is different yet:

The Pentax K10D appears to be rather crude in comparison, but it doesn't attempt the same frame rates as the other two cameras shown here, of course.
