I also think this camera will stick around for a while like the k20D.
??
The K20D was announced 01-23-08, 495 days after the K10D (09-16-06).
The K-7 was announced 05-20-09, 484 days after the K20D.
The K-5 was announced 09-20-2010, 489 days after the K-7.
How exactly did the K20D stick around any longer than any of Pentax's past flagships? They arrive almost like clockwork...
Side note: If the schedule continues unabated, I'd expect the K-5's successor to be announced on Monday, January 23, 2012. ;-)
