K7 write/read speed reduction after new firmware...

Just updated firmware to 1.10, but noticed a significant drop in write/read speed . It takes a few seconds getting images to appear on the monitor (instant w/o memory card). Did everyone has the same experience or it's due to I had set a few fuctions to on position..."shadow correction, distortion correction and lateral chromatic adjustment"?

If you have those functions set to "on" as you stated, it will take about 2 seconds for the taken image to appear on your LCD. Turn them "off" and see what happens.

You turned on a bunch of image processing functions. It takes time to process a shot before it can be displayed. Like Jasvox suggested, turn them off.
