K-x - file name options

I just rolled over the 9999 mark on the K-x. The counter started back at 0001.
The file name is IMGP0001. Is there a way to either get the 5th digit or change the prefix?

No, there is no 5th digit. You might be able to change IMGP to something else in the camera, though, as with other models.

However, I always change IMGP to the date format YYMMDD with Flexible Renamer 8.3. It does many amazing renaming functions. I will sometimes manually change the shot sequence number so the images flow along better.
