I have never had a problem with any repairs.Pentax has always treated very well and had most repairs done within a week.

Quick update. I just received my K-7 from repair.

Sent By XpressPost from Montreal to Mississauga, Ontario on Monday 8 Nov.
Received today, Friday 19th.

Less than two weeks, not bad if we consider shipping, it took them about 8 working days to fix it.

man... mine is still not in... they said on the quote recieved Nov 5, quoted Nov 8th... I got the quote nov 12, and authorized payment on the monday... so by the 8 day thought... should be middle to late next week...
