Should I worry about my K100DSuper shutter count reaching 22,000?

Hi,

My K100D Super just blazed thru the 21,000 shutter actuations mark yesterday, with over 500 more today. This is a solid workhorse that gets quite a workout, but always well taken care of.
Now that I lost my regular job, I'm trying to make some extra income in photography. But at this time I can not afford a new body.
What's the life expectations of this camera? Is 21,500 clicks a lot? Any reason to be concerned?

Thanks,

Most companies avoid specifying lifetime but from what I've read it is typically 100,000 to 150,000 shutter clicks. You have a long way to go.

Something else could fail long before the shutter dies.
