Monitor problem With Pentax K100D

i got my sister a gift K100D when i got it first was working ok. then i got this wired green spots on my monitor when i'm previewing pictires only (when im in the menu they are gone). I did a reset on the camera i everything got fixed. I send her the camera and she called me today and told me that there are some spots on the monitor. i told her to reset it, but no luck. she updated the firmware but no luck again.
I don't have any idea where this come form. i can see those spots only in preview, it doesn't matter if i zoom in zoom out, preview few pictures...the spots are always there.

Are they always present in the same location in the photo?

she said it depends on the light,
if she use the falshlight the spots are bright and big, and reverse
and the colors doesnt look real:
the "sky blue" looks like "sea green", the orange looks more like brown and dark green is like black

Only the screen or the pictures are messed up too?

only the pictures on the screen, when shte transfer them to the PC they are perfect
