Steve Huff will receive his K-5 in a few days......

Steve Huff told me that he would be receiving his new K-5 in a few days, not sure what lenses he is getting it.

He did very good reviews on K-7 and K-x, and let's see if K-5 is a winner and he would actually buy one along with his Leica set up

he had great review on K-7 and K-x, and a few Pentax lenses. He also did some good comparisons between a few legendary Pentax glasses and Leica glasses

Luke,

Please edit your opening post to explain who Steve Huff is and why it is significant that he is getting a K-5.

Thanks,

Mike

Steve has one of the best photo blogs on the internet. It's actually my favorite one in-fact. I first found his site when looking for Leica lens reviews; but he reviews DSLR's as well. I prefer his reviews over dedicated review sites like DPR. DPR and others are so freakin' technical it's almost as if they've forgotten that a camera can be a tool to make art. You rarely ever see a decent photo included with any of their reviews. I learn more about a camera in a few paragraphs of Steve's real world reviews than I do from 20+ pages of DPR's noise tests, line graphs, spec sheets, etc etc...

Thanks Luke,
gee you are getting some pointless replies
I found Huffs review of the K-7 a few days ago.
Very useful real world stuff.

You are welcome, Transit!

Well, it happens when people haven't heard about Steve Huff.

Now I wanna see the K-5 and K-r reviews from him, I think most of the negative points on the K-7 review have been fixed by Pentax with much improved K-5...
