Video noise on kx

I seem to get quite alot of noise on the videos that I record with my KX. I have seen examples of other KX owners videos and they look far sharper and have little to no noise.
The videos that I have made have been from various lighting conditions.

Im sorry to start a new thread for such a newbie question.

Noise means the camera had to up the ISO to gather enough light. Where were you recording video? What was the light situation like? What lens were you using? Were you using fixed aperture? Did you lock exposure?

Could you post a short clip demonstrating the issue, preferably un-edited? There is some EXIF info embedded in the MOV files that I could use to determine what the issue could be.
