No They are not reliable at all.

Resellers Rating:
Life time rating of 1.08. Not good at all. I'd suggest reading the reviews at the bottom of the page.

Broadway Photo / A&M Photo World, Regal Camera, Prestige Camera, Preferred Photo, Royal Camera, more Customer Ratings, Reviews and Prices at ResellerRatings

Good then that I ordered mine from Cameta last night. I was worried for a second that I could have gotten a LOT better deal.

Wow! I have never seen so many consistently bad reviews. Apparently they also own all these companies:

A&M Photo World
Camera Addict
Cameratopia
Digital Liquidators LLC
Ghu, LLC
Preferred Photo
Prestige Camera
Regal Camera
Tronicity
Wild Digital LLC

... so buyer beware!

Lol ... I wish I didn't hear that name. I'm sure it'll work out fine. But since they're local, I thought I'd give them a try. I had a horrible experience with an 'attempted' special-order through Cameta a few months ago. I almost didn't get a long lens for my trip due to their foot dragging. I think I'll go rate them on resellerratings come to think of it...!
Like I said, I'm sure it'll work out fine. But if you want to read what happened with me, here's the story... http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=66114

I've ordered other little in-stock things from them in the past without problems, so let's hope this is the same.

I just got mine from Cameta's eBay site. No problems and timely arrival. Used Paypal so assurance there also.

I've ordered through Cameta as well.
They forgot to send a lens cap with the lens, and I wasn't going to mention it but it came a week later.
I think that they spent more in shipping for the lens cap than their worth.

Local Shop

I tend to buy online, either B&H Photo or adorama. But when I bought my 50-200mm lens, the online retailers wanted $229, and I found it at the local camera store for $199. Don't know how they did it, but they beat the online deal.

Always check locally.

I would if I didn't have to drive for hours to find a "local" shop.

Eddie ,I looked to the bottom of the page you referenced in the original post and saw that they are trying to get the money you would save back right away by overcharging on the extra battery holder/grip at 200 dollars(126.00 normaly). Even tho the camera may well be non-grey market they will make sure you pay top dollar in the end or it will mysteriously be out of stock (for you).
Glad you did not get involved with them. The saying "if it sounds to good to be true it's probably is" is right on target in this instance.
Cametta will be fine more likely than not. Enjoy the new camera.
