What are some good photography blogs that teach you how to take better photos?

do any of you have a list of photography blog websites that teach you how to take great photos?

like a pro photographer that takes a photo, and then teaches you how to do it yourself?

Thanks.

Not necessarily a blog but a useful photography technique/tutorial website.

I visit Steve Huff Photos - Real World Digital Camera And Lens Reviews for inspiration. Not so much for technical side of photography but for the inspiration side. Inspiration is just as important as technique for taking amazing photos.

I would consider Dewitt Jones' videos..
not necessarily for the technical aspect and gadget-wise point of view, but more for inspiration..
like maybe the video; "Celebrate what's right with the world" or "Everyday creativity" ...

.. he also has a photo blog with inspiration oozing off every photo and every word, this man is magnificent..

Oh. I definitely like this thread.
+1 Rep to the OP and I'm subscribing!

Might be a useful sticky in the Beginner's section or General Photography if someone would take the time to categorize the more specialized resources.

and after looking at this i bookmarked it

lot's of useful technical info (composition may be better covered elsewhere

bear in mind experience helps so the more you go shoot in conjunction with you're reading the faster you'll improve

you can't teach someone to see with an artistic vision but you can learn rules that will give you success and help develop your eye

These are some great suggestions - I'm bookmarking a bunch. I've loved photography for a long time now, but I'm a relative noob to the dslr scene. I've found DigitalPhotographySchool.com a great resource, with a very active forum, too.

I found this on YouTube which gave me a lot of info and understanding of a wide spectrum of topics.

YouTube - snapfactory's Channel

Hope this does not conflict with any site rules as I'm a newbie to DSLR and this great site
