just another addition to the macro experiment..



sigma 50mm EX macro plus cheap tamron 1.4 tele.. at F22.

old olympus t32 flash mounted on the camera..

That combo works well. The detail is sure there.

the converter gives a little more working range without any real (noticable) image degrade..

not quite the same kinda macro.. not so close.. a sigma 70/300 apo-dg from about two feet away.. nice for flowers and such.. the detail and nice colurs are there for sure..

From my experience on another forum, I'm pretty sure "some" means Canonites and Nikonians :-)

One thinks you can not take a decent picture without $1,100 worth of equipment (700 body, 400 zoom) and the other thinks the Pentax SR is far, far, inferior because it should not be used in panning with slow shutter speeds or on a tripod, unlike his $1,000 VR lens.
