Rippling distortion in video

I'm mounting my k-7 on my bike while I ride(motorbike) I've got the tripod acting as a monopod, strapped down one side of the bike but extended. I get these strange rippling lines as though the camera is moving back and forth in the wind too fast for the framerate, as though each frame is composed of multiple viewpoints. Is there a strong tripod that would stop at least some of this for under 150$?

Yep damn near spot on, less vibes but the same frames with part disconnected, so basically what they're saying is it's a waste of time? Well fork.

This is called "Jello Shutter".
AFAIK, the K5 doesn't have this...I tried to reproduce it at a recent camera show..
