Another 10K on the K10

Yup, Another roll over on a K10D. This time its my "newest" one that I have only had since late June.
My "older" K10D has almost 15000 on it now (Not bad for being in the shop for a month)
Expecting with HS Sports picking up again to cross over 20K on both bodies by the end of the year.
OH! and my "oldest" *ist-D is about to cross over 150K!!! (But it will take a wile, I use that body the least, and it is starting to show some sines of not being new anymore (Slower response times etc.)
So for those counting thats almost 300K frames shot on var Pentax DSLR's that I have put on since they first came out.(Total of 5 bodies)

Dude that's awesome! My K10 is at 16k ...I'm actually surprised but I think it's 'cause I really only shoot about 3 days a week.

My old K100 had over 30k on it and was just gettin warmed up (apart from bein exceptionally dirty!)!

Where do you store all of your photos? @ 20K using PEF is around 210GB of photos, and that's just for the K10D....

I just installed a NAS @ 500GB to support my 248GB of photos but I can see that being exausted by end of 07.

how do you guys actually keep track of how many photos you've taken on each camera? is there something that reveals the number of shutter actuations?
is it just counting how many files you have on your computer?

Just keep the file index counting and remember the number of rollovers past 10k. It's not an exact count of shutter actuations (won't include multi-exposures or digital previews), but it's close.
