Expanded ISO Sensitivity problems.

Hi all, I just got my Pentax K-x, and one of the first things I did was to allow the use of expanded ISO sensitivity. All was well, however, this morning, I wanted to use ISO 100, but it wouldn't let me, but it would let me use ISO 12800. I switched modes, type of file, and everything, and I checked to make sure I was using Expanded Sensitivity, which I was. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Nevermind. I've been searching other forums, and it turns if Dynamic Range Setting is turned on, ISo 100 is not applicable.

Good man! You did your research!

But, not exactly:

You can have Dynamic Range turned on, and Shadow Correction can be on, but HIGHLIGHT correction has to be OFF to use 100.

Can you believe how complicated this crap is?
