K-x - what color do you have?

Somehow I couldn't take myself seriously shooting with a camera the color of a ferrari. Or having lenses that don't match the color of the camera. Although it would be really fun to have one if I had the cash to spare.

Bump, I want to see an owner of those colors not voted on in the poll (purple,orange,beige,chocolate brown,etc) and would also like to hear from "year old" owners of the white stormtrooper models to see if the bodies are pretty much stain-proof
after much use and simple cleaning.

Guess I'm the first guy with a Bright Blue one ... it was actually cheaper than a black one on Adorama /shrug

What do you think of the blue? I was really close to getting it, but I'm glad I got the 50-200mm white kit instead. I really like the 50-200mm lens

I like it a lot!

I've already gotten a comment from the guy who runs the nearest camera shop. He's debating whether to get one on these colored Pentax's. I think they might just catch on!

IMHO it's just one additional way for us pentaxian's to be unique and buck the crowd

Naw, I'm glad I stuck with getting the the white one unless it becomes a stain magnet within the next few months/years, glad a bought a case within days of it's arrival

I've noticed that people don't treat me like I'm a serious photographer when I have the K-x. Usually that's good, but sometimes not.

I really wanted the green or purple one but someone was selling a used white one on amazon for 65% off...so I have a white one.

It's name is Stormy and I really wish the lenses came in the colors too, even if it were just one or two other types, I'd totally buy them to everything matched.

What kind of case do you have?

And I really hate my white 18-55mm. I like the solid black look that comes with my 50mm and 50-200mm.

Awesome! I'm so excited about it, I've been wanting an SLR forever. I was so surprised about how well kept it was for the price too.
