Thanks John! The first one of Takuma Sato is one of my all time favorites. Here's another of my favorites.

I always wished this one had been a little clearer. Still a good shot though.

Actually, in this i think you managed to get both boat and the speed in same frame! Very nice!

I know it will take some practice. First though I have to find time to go to the races. Love the Indy Car Shots.

A buddy had one. Bought new. Died about a year after the warranty expired. Died in a big way. The main circuit board. Too expensive to fix. He bought a new K-30.

I use the K200d as a second camera with my K30, I took this with Pentax 50mm at f1.4 125 sec at iso 800, while the K30 was shooting video!

Hi, I recently owned a K5-IIS to replace my old K200D, but now I am wondering to keep both as now there's no need to sell my old mate.
Since 2008 I used my K200D for traveling and sports porpouses making me very happy freezing moments.

This sample pictures were tanken by me in South Africa during a rugby tour on march 2014.
Camera: K200D
Lens: Tamron 18-200 f/3.5-6.3
Post: Lightroom 5
(they were taken from my facebook, not original ones)

Yep, the ol' K200D still does a pretty good job. Although, I do have a severe itch to get a new K-3..or K-5iis...or K-30.

I just did that. New K3 body with grip and FluCard should be here Wednesday. Just in time for the Madison Regatta!

Still use this camera all of the time. My K3 is better for these conditions but it rarely fails to impress.

I still use mine, bought just after it showed on the market. Recently I use SMC A 35 – 70 / 3.5 – 4.5 with it and think it is just good walkaround set. This combo is especially good when I do not have a special plans and want just make people and landscape photos with saturated, but natural, colors and good contrast (looking similar to transparent film).

Still one of the best

We still enjoy using the K200D. Pictures by my wife this early fall using the DA 18-55 AL II.

Nice ones, folks, and nice to see the 200´s still going strong! I´m still thinking of an upgrade, maybe to one of the K-5´s if i find a good deal on used ones... But even then, not gonna loose the K200d!
